A few more pictures of Gracie...

John, Jessica and Gracie were discharged from the hospital today! We made a quick trip up to Jessica's parents house to get one more glimpse of Gracie before they head back to Charleston tomorrow. They will be back in a few weekends, but I know she will have changed SO much in that time.
